Eligibility:

• Active Clients: Only active clients with a signed service agreement for at least 40 hours of weekly caregiving services (totaling a minimum of 160 hours per month) are eligible for the complimentary cleaning service.
• Service Agreement: The agreement must specify a minimum of 160 hours of caregiving services monthly.
• Completion of Hours: Eligibility for the complimentary cleaning service begins in the second month after the successful completion of a minimum of 160 caregiving hours in the prior month.
• Monthly Minimum: If actual caregiving hours fall below the monthly minimum of 160 hours, eligibility for the complimentary cleaning service for the following month is forfeited.
• Residential Requirement: Eligible residences include homes, apartments, and condos within serviced areas. Nursing facilities, hospitals, or locations with in-house cleaning staff and policies are excluded.

Service Details:

• Cleaning Areas: The complimentary cleaning service covers up to one bedroom, one bathroom, and main living spaces on one floor, including foyer, walkways, dining room, living rooms, and breakfast room.
• Exclusions: Certain tasks, such as deep cleaning, exterior windows, or specific areas like attics and basements, are excluded from our complimentary service.
• Special Requests: May be accepted or rejected at our discretion. Some requests may incur additional charges, agreed upon in advance.
• Scheduling and Qualification: Cleaning services are performed a month in arrears, based on meeting the prior month's hours qualification. Scheduling is subject to availability and at the discretion of Castleton Home Care.
• Location Qualification: Castleton Home Care reserves the right to determine if a client’s location and specific areas within the residential space qualify for the cleaning service. This will be assessed during the in-home consultation.

Opt-In for Complimentary Cleaning:

• Service Opt-In: The complimentary monthly cleaning service is an opt-in benefit. Clients can choose to opt-in at the time of signing their service agreement with Castleton Home Care or may elect to opt-in at a later date if they wish to receive this service.
• Opt-In Process: To opt-in, clients must expressly indicate their desire to receive the complimentary cleaning service by completing the opt-in section of their service agreement or by providing written notice to Castleton Home Care at any time thereafter.
• Scheduling Upon Opt-In: Once opted in, and eligibility criteria are met, Castleton Home Care will coordinate with the client to schedule the complimentary cleaning service. Cleaning services will only be initiated for clients who have opted in and meet all other eligibility requirements as outlined. We will do our best to schedule cleaning services while your caregiver is present, if preferred.

General Terms:

• Modification of Service: Castleton Home Care reserves the right to cancel, modify, or amend the complimentary cleaning service terms at any time without notice.
• Non-Monetary Compensation: In the event that staffing issues or other circumstances prevent the provision of a scheduled complimentary cleaning service, clients are not entitled to any monetary refund or service adjustment.
• Final Discretion: All decisions regarding the provision and scope of the complimentary cleaning service rest with Castleton Home Care.

Additional Terms:

• Client Presence: The client or their authorized representative must be present during cleaning services for safety and liability reasons.
• Insured and Bonded: Castleton Home Care is fully bonded and insured, ensuring peace of mind.
• Feedback: Clients are encouraged to provide feedback to their caregivers or directly to Castleton management via the contact details in their service agreement.
• Confidentiality: Our sanitation specialists are committed to maintaining confidentiality and privacy at all times.
• Security & Safety: All sanitation specialists are direct hires, trained on the needs of the elderly, and have passed rigorous background checks, including FBI and GBI screenings, sex offender list checks, and drug tests.
• Cleaning Supplies: We use eco-friendly cleaning supplies to protect our clients' health and the environment.
